The first step to setting up your website is creating one! If you already have on it is suggested that you use an FTP (File Transfer Protocol) program or "client". This client will allow you to connect to our "servers" to both download and upload content to your web space. Although we cannot support FTP clients, we can recommend SmartFTP which is available from our downloads section for both Windows and Mac.
